Upping Quotes

An ad that pretends to be art is - at absolute best - like somebody who smiles warmly at you only because he wants something from you. After years of encirclement and repeated rebuffs from Washington, years of threat, isolation, and demonization, the Pyongyang leaders are convinced that the best way to resist superpower attack and domination is by developing a nuclear arsenal.
